Rick Ramirez-Diaz, CEO
Rick Ramirez Diaz is a recruitment professional with 30 years of experience in Talent Acquistion and executive placement. Raised in Greenville, SC, and relocating to South Florida after graduation, he quickly realized his passion in making connections. Starting off as a recruiting coordinator for a per diem healthcare agency, Rick quickly learned about running a branch, furthering his knowledge in compliance, certifications, budgets, payroll and human resources. Over the years, he expanded his knowledge working for staffing agencies that specialized in various industries including healthcare, accounting, finance, administrative and in the latter part of his career, transit.
Rick has held roles as Recruiter, Branch Manager, Recruiting Manager, Director of Talent Acquisition and Executive Placement.
Now, starting An Elite Placement with his business partner, Tim Ramirez Diaz - he is utilizing his combined skills and experience to specialize in matching top professionals with thriving transit organizations filling the niche of an overlooked market and eventually expanding into other industries strategically, while never losing sight of the importance of the candidate while given the personal touch to the clients that An Elite Placement serve.
Tim Ramirez-Diaz, COO
Tim Ramirez-Diaz is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in diverse facets of operations and event management, culminating in his current role as Chief Operating Officer at An Elite Placement.
Growing up in the San Francisco Bay Area, Tim developed his creative talents by integrating business acumen with a drive to consistently enhance the organizations he serves.
On the business side, his foundational experience began in administrative support and interpreting services at the East Bay Spanish Speaking Citizen's Foundation. This role allowed him to develop effective communication and organizational skills while serving his community. From there, he continued his career journey in administration, compliance, payroll, and human resources within various industries, including healthcare, investigations, event management, marketing/branding, and most recently, transit.
On the creative side, as an Event Manager, he applied his visual imagery to creation. He utilized this in marketing collateral, branding, commemorative event journals, and successfully managing event fundraising campaigns, maintaining his creative drive while remaining focused on the operational aspects of the business.
As a founding business partner, Tim brings this same blend of skills to An Elite Placement. In his current role as Chief Operating Officer, he continues to align his creativity and strategic vision with the company's mission to optimize processes and consistently deliver exceptional results for candidates and clients alike.
